At CreateALC.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive high-quality products and will address any issues in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun on a custom order.
2. Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item along with your order details.

We will review your request and, if approved, will send a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacements for errors made by the customer, including incorrect sizes, design errors, or address mistakes.

Minor color variations may occur due to screen display differences and are not considered defects.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of products will not be eligible for replacements.
