At CreateALC.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive high-quality products and will address any issues in accordance with the policy outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun on a custom order.

2. Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item along with your order details.

  • We will review your request and, if approved, will send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

  • We do not offer replacements for errors made by the customer, including incorrect sizes, design errors, or address mistakes.

  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen display differences and are not considered defects.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of products will not be eligible for replacements.
